The purpose of DMI Marietta's Committees is to foster camaraderie and team spirit, and allow members to become more active within the DMI community and the Marietta Branch. Below are the current committees available. If you are interested in a committee, please send WiseWithWorms a message.

Party Planning
Plan and execute no less than one virtual party per month on the forums, typically revolving around a holiday or popular event, ex. Talk Like a Pirate Day or Halloween.

Recruitment
Help spread the word about the greatness of Marietta on the main forums and throughout cyberspace. Must maintain positive and kind attitude toward competing branches at all times -- no mud slinging allowed! But speaking the truth is perfectly fine :)

Welcoming Committee
Work with RM to greet new members as they are hired into the branch with a personalized comment or message, and to answer any questions they may have getting started.

Communication
Work closely with RM to disseminate information about tasks, parties, forum events, game play or other information through personal messaging, profile comments and profile messaging.

Quality Assurance
Be familiar with Website Structure, Game Rules and Forum Etiquette, and provide assistance to players that need help understanding these areas.

Research
Find facts, images, quotes, Office trivia and the like for tasks, forum questions or other needs.

Photoshop
Help with group tasks involving creating or manipulating images and start threads to help other branch members with individual tasks as the need arises.

Video
Help with group tasks involving creating and uploading videos and start threads to help other branch members with individual video-related tasks as the need arises. Include audio help if need be.

Group Submissions
Work with RM to collect and organize submissions for group tasks, including creating polls to select entries and finalizing entry data (text spell checked, images in correct size and format, etc.).

Website
Update website information and write relevant content.
