Employee of the Week is selected by the RM based on nominations from coworkers. Criteria includes, but is not limited to, level of commitment to the game and to the branch, SchruteBuck totals, task participation and votes, forum participation, recruitment of new active members and involvement on a committee. Employee of the Month is selected solely by the RM from previous EOTW winners.
